MANILA, Philippines – Exactly a decade ago, Kapuso primetime king and queen Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera married in arguably one of the most lavish wedding ceremonies in local showbiz. To celebrate 10 years of togetherness, they renew that vow now in the presence of children Zia and Sixto.
Both Rivera and Dantes uploaded snaps of their very intimate renewal of vows on social media.
Unlike their lavish wedding gowns and suits, Rivera this time was no less elegant in a simple white dress while Dantes looked dapper in his white long sleeves and khaki pants.
In the photos, Rivera was teary-eyed as she walked down the aisle one more time to meet Dantes at the altar.
In one post, she said, “Walking down the aisle with our kids today, celebrating 10 beautiful years together. Love, GOD and family forever!”
In another post, she uploaded a photo of her and her husband together now with their kids.
She said, “Same-same, but different.”
In her last post, she thanked Dantes for making her dream come true of having a family.
“I will always cherish our journey with God, and our beautiful children, Zia and Sixto. Salamat sa pagtupad sa pangarap ko, ang magkaroon ng Pamilya.”
Rivera and Dantes tied the knot on December 30, 2014.
