MANILA, Philippines – SB19’s Stell will no longer perform at “R E S E T,” the upcoming pre-Valentine concert of Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez on February 21 at the Samsung performing Arts Theater in Makati City. 

Refunds are also offered to those who purchased the tickets to see Stell perform with Velasquez. 

In an official announcement by iME Entertainment, Stell can no longer perform because of scheduling conflict. 

“This unforeseen issue arose from a miscommunication by our project manager. Unfortunately we were unaware of this situation at the time of the press conference and announcement,” iME said. 

It was only afterward that all parties involved were able to resolve the misunderstanding regarding the scheduled guest appearance,” iME said. 

The production also noted that they too were saddened at what happened. This is why they offered a refund to anyone who expected the SB19 star to be there. 

“We offer refunds to any fans who purchase tickets in the hopes of seeing Stell perform live with Regine,” iME said. 

“Please note that only tickets bought from the time of the press conference announcements up until today (January 14-15) are eligible for a refund for the February 21, 2025 show. 

Many of the songbird’s fans however expressed no intentions of refunding because Velasquez is the reason they bought tickets.
