MANILA, Philippines – Global fashion icon Heart Evangelista, wife of Senate President Chiz Escudero, denied claims that he had multiple cosmetic surgeries done but admitted to have done only one – lip enhancement.
In an Instagram video, Heart Evangelista who is currently in France for Paris Fashion Week for 2025 posed side by side with a magazine cover of herself, shown from a phone, back in 2000. Mimicking the same pose she did, she mentioned that there was not much difference except the lips.
“Lips lang ‘yung naiba, lips lang ‘yung pinagawa ko, that’s true,” she said.
“I’m saying the truth. If you don’t accept [it], then, well, wait for judgment day because this is all real except that (lips),” he said.
Heart said people don’t often believe her whenever she says it so she joked that would go to the doctor for proof one of these days.
“Hindi talaga, mamatay man, seryoso,” she said.
In 2020, Heart had already said she has never done plastic surgery for her face.
Heart currently sports a cherry violet hairstyle as seen in her social media posts.
