MANILA, Philippines — Budget carrier Cebu Pacific has rolled out its Independence Day seat sale, offering one-way base fares for as low as P12 to select domestic and international destinations.

In a report, it said that the promo runs from June 11 to 15 and covers travel dates between December 1, 2025 and May 31, 2026.

Passengers departing from Manila can book flights to key Philippine destinations including Boracay, Coron, El Nido, Puerto Princesa, Bohol, Bacolod, Davao, Zamboanga, Laoag, and Kalibo, among others.

International destinations under the promotion include cities across Asia and the Middle East such as Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, Sapporo, Dubai, Macau, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Jakarta, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, and Kaohsiung.

Cebu Pacific currently operates flights to 37 domestic and 26 international destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.

The launch of the promo comes amid the airline’s weaker earnings performance in early 2025. The carrier’s net income fell by 78 percent to PHP466 million in the first quarter as operational expansion continued to outpace revenue growth.

Other airlines are also marking Independence Day with discounted fares. Philippine Airlines has launched its own holiday seat sale, while AirAsia is running an end-of-summer promotion.
