MANILA, Philippines — The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has officially opened the “BSP Hub,” a one-stop facility aimed at making BSP services more accessible to the public.
Located along the service road of Roxas Boulevard at the BSP Head Office in Manila, the BSP Hub was inaugurated on June 5 and opened to the public on June 9, 2025.
The facility allows visitors to consult with BSP personnel on concerns related to financial institutions under its supervision, purchase commemorative notes, coins, and official BSP merchandise, and conduct transactions involving BSP-acquired real estate.
It also houses the Museo BSP, which features the country’s numismatic heritage, as well as the BSP library, meeting rooms, and an auditorium for financial education and public events.
“The BSP Hub is more than just another building. It is the space where the BSP connects with the people,” said BSP Governor Eli M. Remolona Jr. during the inauguration.
Monetary Board Member Benjamin E. Diokno, who initiated the project during his term as BSP Governor from 2019 to 2022, said the facility was envisioned as “a one-stop shop with a simple mission to ‘bring the BSP to all.’”
He noted that the pandemic underscored the need for a secure and accessible space to support BSP’s public-facing services.
The launch was also attended by Monetary Board Members Romeo L. Bernardo, Rosalia V. De Leon, Walter C. Wassmer, and Jose L. Querubin; BSP Deputy Governors Chuchi G. Fonacier, Bernadette Romulo-Puyat, Elmore O. Capule, Zeno Ronald R. Abenoja; and other officials.
