MANILA, Philippines — Actress Mikee Quintos proudly marked a major milestone as she officially graduated from the University of Santo Tomas after years of juggling her showbiz career and academic responsibilities.

In an Instagram post on Sunday, Mikee shared a photo of herself in her toga and graduation cap, celebrating the achievement with the caption: “Guess who just got one degree hotter!!!”

The 26-year-old actress revealed in April that she had successfully defended her thesis and was set to graduate with a degree in Architecture. Her academic journey spanned nearly a decade, during which she continued to appear in various television and film projects.

Mikee rose to fame in 2016 as Lira in GMA’s reboot of the fantasy series “Encantadia.” She reprises the same role in the newly premiered “Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre,” which commemorates the franchise’s 20th anniversary.
