MANILA, Philippines — British pop singer Jessie J revealed she is now recovering at home following surgery for early-stage breast cancer, and is currently awaiting her test results.

In a candid Instagram post on Tuesday, the “Price Tag” hitmaker opened up about the emotional highs and lows she experienced in the past 48 hours, including photos and videos that gave followers a glimpse into her post-surgery journey.

“This post is some of the honest lows and highs of the last 48 hours,” Jessie wrote, adding a content warning for graphic images showing blood.

Jessie previously disclosed her cancer diagnosis earlier this month, and said the recent procedure was a preventive step in her treatment plan.

“I will always show the good and hard bits of any journey I go through,” she said. The singer also thanked her medical team, family, and friends for their unwavering support during the process.

She concluded her message with a note of encouragement: “To anyone going through a tough time, keep fighting.”
