MANILA – The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) on Sunday warned the public against several illegal offshore gaming websites falsely claiming to be licensed by the agency.

PAGCOR said these unauthorized platforms are using its logo and displaying fabricated license certificates to deceive users. The websites identified include:

“These platforms are not authorized to operate under any PAGCOR-issued license,” said PAGCOR Chairperson and CEO Alejandro Tengco. “The use of PAGCOR’s name and logo by these sites is a blatant disrespect to the agency and poses a threat to the public.”

Tengco urged the public to remain vigilant and always verify the legitimacy of any gaming site before engaging with it.

He also reiterated that all Philippine offshore gaming operations (POGOs) have been banned effective December 31, 2024, as directed by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. Any former licensee or service provider continuing to operate is doing so illegally.

“Any entity claiming to operate under a PAGCOR license for offshore gaming is clearly violating the law and should be reported immediately,” Tengco said.

The public is advised to visit PAGCOR’s official website at www.pagcor.ph to verify licensed operators and stay informed about legitimate gaming activities.
