MANILA – The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) on Thursday said it will conduct a comprehensive review and release the full list of companies facing possible license revocation once the resigned Executive Director of the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) completes the turnover of necessary documents.
The agency said the move aims to uphold transparency and accountability, following PCAB’s board resolution revoking the licenses of nine construction firms owned by businesswoman Sarah Discaya.
DTI stressed that the review reflects its commitment to ensure fair practices and safeguard industry integrity in government procurement and licensing.
