MANILA — Mayor Isko Moreno on Sunday suspended classes in all levels in public and private schools across Manila for Monday, September 22, 2025, due to inclement weather brought by Super Typhoon Nando.

In his directive, Moreno said schools are expected to implement alternative delivery modes to ensure the continuity of learning despite the suspension of in-person classes.

The decision came as authorities warned of heavy rains and strong winds from Nando, which the state weather bureau has classified as a super typhoon.
