MANILA – Pump prices of petroleum products will go up again on Tuesday, marking the sixth consecutive week of increases.
In separate advisories, Seaoil and Caltex said they will hike gasoline and kerosene prices by ₱1 per liter and diesel by ₱0.80 per liter effective 6 a.m. (6:01 a.m. for Caltex).
PTT Philippines and Jetti Energy announced the same adjustments for gasoline and diesel starting 6 a.m.
Jetti Energy said the price hikes reflect movements in the international market, including higher freight costs, market premiums, and prices of refined fuel products.
The latest increase comes amid stronger demand in Northern Hemisphere countries and supply constraints brought by geopolitical tensions. (PNA)
