
MANILA – The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) announced it will sell various real properties and transportation equipment through electronic public bidding (e-bidding) scheduled for October 29–30, 2025.
Online bids will be accepted through the PDIC e-bidding portal (https://assetsforsale.pdic.gov.ph) starting 9:00 a.m. on October 29 until 1:00 p.m. on October 30. Submitted bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m. on October 30.
Up for sale on an as-is-where-is basis are closed bank and corporate properties consisting of 34 vacant agricultural lots, 15 vacant residential lots, eight residential lots with improvements, three agricultural lots with improvements, two commercial lots with improvements, two mixed residential/agricultural lots with improvements, one mixed commercial/residential lot with improvements, one mixed vacant residential/agricultural lot, one agricultural lot, two vehicles, and a generator set.
These properties, with lot sizes of up to 8.2 hectares, are located in Aklan, Apayao, Batangas, Bohol, Camarines Sur, Capiz, Cavite, Cebu, Ilocos Norte, Isabela, La Union, Laguna, Leyte, Mindoro Occidental, Misamis Oriental, Negros Oriental, Pangasinan, Sultan Kudarat, Tarlac, and Zamboanga del Norte. The vehicles and generator are in Barcenaga, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro.
The PDIC urged interested buyers to conduct due diligence, noting that full property details, requirements, and bidding conditions are posted in the e-bidding portal. Winning bidders of agricultural properties must also submit certifications from the Department of Agrarian Reform and affidavits of aggregate landholdings within 15 days after the auction.
As statutory receiver of closed banks, PDIC said proceeds from the sale of bank-owned properties will go to a fund to settle claims of creditors, while revenues from corporate asset sales will be added to the Deposit Insurance Fund.
