MANILA — The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) will conduct an electronic public bidding (e-bidding) for various real properties located in Luzon and the Visayas on November 12–13, 2025, through its e-bidding portal at https://assetsforsale.pdic.gov.ph.
According to the PDIC, the e-bidding will start at 9 a.m. on November 12 and will close at 1 p.m. on November 13, with the formal opening of submitted bids scheduled for 2 p.m. on November 13.
The properties, offered on an as-is-where-is basis, include 24 agricultural, 29 residential, four mixed residential/agricultural, and one mixed commercial/residential assets. These are located in Metro Manila and in provinces such as Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Bulacan, Tarlac, Zambales, Pangasinan, La Union, Nueva Ecija, Isabela, Camarines Norte, Bohol, and Leyte, with lot sizes ranging from 40 to 20,000 square meters.
Interested buyers must register once through the e-bidding portal or by clicking the “Assets for Sale” icon on the PDIC website. The portal provides the complete property catalog, requirements, bidding procedures, and conditions of bid. The PDIC also advised prospective bidders to conduct due diligence on the properties they wish to acquire.
Winners of agricultural properties are required to submit, within 15 days after the e-bidding, a Certification from the Provincial Agrarian Reform Officer (PARO) confirming that the lot is not covered by the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP), as well as an Affidavit of Aggregate Landholdings stating that their total landholdings do not exceed the five-hectare legal limit.
As statutory receiver of closed banks, the PDIC said proceeds from property sales will be used to pay claims of closed bank creditors, including depositors with uninsured deposits, while revenues from corporate asset sales will be added to the Deposit Insurance Fund.
For inquiries, interested buyers within Metro Manila may contact the PDIC Public Assistance Department at (02) 8841-4141, or the toll-free hotline 1-800-1-888-PDIC (7342) for callers outside Metro Manila. Queries may also be sent via email at pad@pdic.gov.ph or through PDIC’s official Facebook pages @PDICAssetsforSale and @OfficialPDIC.
