
MANILA – The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) will hold an electronic public bidding (e-bidding)for various real properties from 9:00 a.m. on November 26, 2025 until 1:00 p.m. on November 27, 2025, through its official portal https://assetsforsale.pdic.gov.ph. Submitted bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m. on November 27.
The properties, offered on an as-is-where-is basis, include 19 prime residential condominium units at Hudson Place Tower I, East Bay Residences in Sucat, Muntinlupa City, and a 141-square-meter mixed commercial/residential lot in Surigao del Norte.
Also up for sale are 28 residential properties, 21 agricultural properties, and three mixed-use residential/agricultural properties located across Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon, Bulacan, Tarlac, La Union, Pangasinan, Isabela, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Albay, Romblon, Misamis Oriental, Surigao del Norte, and Cebu. Lot sizes range from 116 square meters to 9.94 hectares.
Interested buyers may register once on the PDIC e-bidding portal or access it via the “Assets for Sale” icon on the PDIC website (www.pdic.gov.ph). Participants are encouraged to conduct due diligence and review the Conditions of Bidposted online.
Winning bidders of agricultural properties must submit, within 15 days after the e-bidding, a Certification from the Department of Agrarian Reform’s Provincial Agrarian Reform Officer (PARO) confirming that the property is not covered by the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program. They must also provide an Affidavit of Aggregate Landholdings stating that their total landholdings do not exceed the five-hectare legal limit.
Participants bidding on behalf of individuals or organizations may download free pro-forma Special Power of Attorneyand Secretary’s Certificate templates from the portal.
As the statutory receiver of closed banks, the PDIC liquidates their remaining assets to help pay creditors and depositors with uninsured deposits. Proceeds from sales of closed bank assets go to a managed fund for settling claims, while revenues from corporate asset sales are added to the Deposit Insurance Fund to support valid deposit insurance payouts.
