MANILA — The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) on Tuesday announced that the public consultation on proposed fare adjustments for public utility jeepneys (PUJ), public utility buses (PUB), transport network vehicle services (TNVS), and all taxi services has been moved to November 12, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the VCP Building, 68 Kalayaan Avenue, Quezon City.

The rescheduling follows the work suspension in the National Capital Region (NCR) declared under Memorandum Circular No. 106 issued by the Office of the President on November 9, 2025.

The consultation, conducted under the directives of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., Acting Transportation Secretary Giovanni Z. Lopez, and LTFRB Chairman Vigor D. Mendoza II, aims to present the basis for the proposed fare adjustments, gather inputs from stakeholders, and ensure transparency and inclusivity in decision-making.

“All concerned stakeholders including commuters, operators, drivers, the media, and the general public are invited to attend and share their views regarding the proposed fare adjustment,” the LTFRB said.
