
MANILA — The Bureau of Customs (BOC) announced that the second round of public auction for four luxury vehicles seized from contractor couple Pacifico and Cezarah Discaya is set for December 5, 2025.
The auction, conducted via sealed bidding, will start at 10 a.m. at the BOC main office in Port Area, Manila. The vehicles to be sold include a 2022 Toyota Tundra, 2023 Toyota Sequoia, 2023 Rolls-Royce Cullinan, and 2022 Bentley Bentayga, with a combined value of PHP17.3 million.
Public viewing for qualified bidders will be held on December 2 and 3. The Auction and Cargo Disposal Division of the Port of Manila will oversee the proceedings. Interested parties may visit customs.gov.ph for full auction details.
This follows a previous auction on November 20, in which the government earned PHP38.2 million from the sale of three other luxury vehicles confiscated from the Discayas, who have been linked to controversial flood control projects. Notable sales included a 2019 Mercedes-Benz G500 Brabus (PHP15.5 million), a 2022 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG (PHP15.6 million), and a 2022 Lincoln Navigator (PHP7.1 million). (PNA)
