MANILA — The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) announced updated interest rates for its Discount Window Facility (DWF), effective December 10, 2025.

For peso-denominated loans, the rates are set at 5.8933% for maturities of 1 to 90 days and 6.0366% for 91 to 180 days. These rates are based on the BSP Overnight Lending Rate.

For US dollar-denominated loans, a uniform rate of 6.27852% applies for maturities ranging from 1 to 360 days, based on applicable benchmark rates.

For Japanese yen-denominated loans, rates are 2.724% for 1–90 days, 2.78125% for 91–180 days, and 2.87875% for 181–360 days.

The BSP noted that the applicable spread on DWF interest rates may be adjusted periodically to support its monetary policy objectives and reflect movements in market interest rates.
