MANILA — Comedian and television host Vice Ganda opened up about her special friendship with actress Anne Curtis during an interview on Karen Davila’s YouTube vlog, describing it as one of a kind.
Iba ‘yung understanding namin and tsaka open kami sa isa’t isa. We support each other so much,” Vice said.
She emphasized that their friendship is precious and something they both cherish and protect. I miss her. I long for her. I care for her so much. I love her so much. Makikipag-away ako for her. I can be very brutally honest to her and siya rin ganun sa akin,” she added.
Vice explained that their honesty stems from mutual trust and respect. “Hindi ako matatakot na ma-offend ko siya at siya rin hindi siya matatakot na ma-offend niya ako because at the end of the day we will still choose each other and we will still choose to understand each other.”
She also reflected on how deeply they share each other’s emotions.
The Call Me Mother star recalled the challenges of hosting the noontime show It’s Showtime without Anne Curtis. “There was even a point na it was so hard for me to keep doing Showtime without her. It was very hard for me to carry Showtime without her,” she said.
Vice added that hosting the show was effortless whenever Anne was present. “With her in the show, it was so easy. It was a walk in the park. It’s playtime,” she explained.
