MANILA — The 1990s hit sitcom “Home Along Da Riles” is making a comeback this year as a film.

A teaser uploaded on the “Home Along Da Reels” Facebook page shows the iconic Cosme family house and photos of the family led by Kevin, originally played by the late King of Comedy Dolphy.

At the end of the teaser, Nova Villa, who portrayed the character Azon, is seen looking at the house.

“The legacy continues in 2026,” the teaser says, also noting that Boy 2 Quizon will direct the film.

“Home Along Da Riles” originally debuted on ABS-CBN in December 1992 and became a household name for 17 years on air.
