MANILA — The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and AMA Rural Bank of Mandaluyong, Inc. (AMA Bank) have mutually resolved all disputes and entered into a compromise agreement to safeguard the interests of the bank’s depositors and clients.

Depositors, creditors, and other bank clients are advised to submit their claims for payment and direct any inquiries to AMA Bank.

Under the agreement, AMA Bank will continue to be under the regulatory supervision of the BSP to ensure proper implementation of the compromise terms.
