MANILA — Iconic Filipino girl group the SexBomb Girls have added another show date after tickets to their third and supposed final reunion concert sold out in just an hour.
Group leader Rochelle Pangilinan initially shared a poster of the third and “final” reunion show on her social media accounts, but the text reading “The Finale” was crossed out.
“Hindi pa tapos ang laban!” (The fight isn’t over yet!) she captioned the post, delighting fans who quickly expressed their excitement online.
“OMGG GRABE NA ITOOO!!! DINAIG NIYO PA ANG MGA KPOP GROUPS CONCERT!!!!” one fan commented, while another said, “5 rounds pa please!!!!”
The following day, the group officially announced they will perform at the Mall of Asia Arena on the night after the previously scheduled February 6 show.
The SexBomb Girls previously held two sold-out reunion concerts last December. Due to public demand, they announced the February 6 concert, which will feature a 360° stage.
The newly added show will also use the same stage setup, with four ticket levels — ranging from ₱785 to ₱4,500 — available through SM Tickets online, SM Cinema outlets, and the Mall of Asia Arena Box Office.
Among the guests were OPM band Mayonnaise; Michael V., Ogie Alcasid, Wendell Ramos, and Antonio Aquitania also known as the SexBalls; as well as Dingdong Dantes reuniting with the Abztract dancers.
The group rose to fame through its daily appearances on a noontime TV variety show. Later, the Sexbomb Girls starred in the afternoon soap, “Daisy Siete,” and became top recording artists.
In 2023, six Sexbomb Girls reunited for a Netflix ad, dancing to their popular hit “Spaghetti Song.”
