MANILA — Malacañang has issued proclamations declaring special non-working days in a province, four cities, and four municipalities to allow residents to fully participate in local festivities.

Proclamation No. 1129 declared February 10, 2026 a special non-working day in Bacolor, Pampanga for Bacolor Day. Proclamation No. 1130 set February 21, 2026 for Marinduque province to mark Araw ng Marinduque, while Proclamation No. 1131 designated January 22, 2026 in Guiguinto, Bulacan for the Halamanan Festival. These three proclamations were signed by Executive Secretary Ralph G. Recto on January 13, under the authority of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

Additional proclamations include:

  • Proclamation No. 1132: February 17, 2026 in Kabasalan, Zamboanga Sibugay for Araw ng Kabasalan.
  • Proclamation Nos. 1133 and 1134: January 15 and May 7, 2026 in San Pablo City, Laguna, for the Coconut Festival and the city’s Charter Anniversary, respectively. These were signed on January 14.
  • Proclamation No. 1135: February 2, 2026 in Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte for its 112th Araw ng Katipunan.
  • Proclamation No. 1136: February 6, 2026 in Consolacion, Cebu for the municipality’s 106th Founding Anniversary.
  • Proclamation No. 1137: February 11, 2026 in Candoni, Negros Occidental for the Dinagyaw sa Tablas Festival, honoring settlers who transformed dense forests into fertile land.
  • Proclamation No. 1138: February 3, 2026 in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija for its 76th Founding Anniversary.
  • Proclamation No. 1139: February 2, 2026 in Mabalacat City, Pampanga for its 314th Founding Anniversary.

All proclamations were signed by Executive Secretary Recto, with dates ranging from January 13 to January 15, to allow residents to celebrate and participate in their local events.
