MANILA — CebGo and AirSwift will relocate more of their turboprop flight operations from Manila to Clark International Airport starting March 29, as part of efforts to ease congestion at Ninoy Aquino International Airport and optimize air traffic flow.

CebGo flights to and from Coron (Busuanga) and Naga will operate via Clark as the final phase of the airline’s relocation of turboprop aircraft. AirSwift, another Cebu Pacific subsidiary, will move flights to and from El Nido through Clark.

In an advisory on Thursday, Cebu Pacific said affected passengers may opt for a refund, free rebooking, or convert their ticket to a travel fund if they prefer a different arrangement.

The airline also announced an increase in the frequency of several domestic and international flights beginning March 29:

  • Manila – Bacolod: from 56 to 63 flights per week
  • Manila – Butuan: from 39 to 46 flights per week
  • Manila – Cagayan de Oro: from 62 to 69 flights per week
  • Manila – Cebu: from 98 to 108 flights per week
  • Manila – Davao: from 81 to 90 flights per week
  • Manila – Dumaguete: from 38 to 42 flights per week
  • Manila – Ozamiz: from 11 to 14 flights per week
  • Manila – Tacloban: from 42 to 49 flights per week
  • Manila – Zamboanga: from 38 to 45 flights per week
  • Manila – Hong Kong: from 28 to 35 flights per week
  • Manila – Kaohsiung: from 3 to 5 flights per week

The move is part of Cebu Pacific’s phased strategy to shift turboprop operations out of Manila while expanding overall flight capacity on key domestic and international routes.
