MANILA – The ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN–BAC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Private Sector Advisory Council – Digital Infrastructure (PSAC-DI) and Go Digital Philippines to strengthen artificial intelligence (AI) adoption and digital transformation among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

The agreement, signed on February 18, aims to align private sector initiatives with both national and ASEAN digital priorities under the theme “ASEAN AI for MSMEs.”

ASEAN–BAC, led by Go Negosyo founder Joey Concepcion, serves as the private sector’s voice in the region, while PSAC-DI supports the Philippine government’s digital infrastructure and transformation agenda through private sector engagement.

Go Digital Philippines, a private sector-led movement, promotes inclusive digitalization and policy reforms in the digital sphere. The partnership is expected to facilitate greater access to AI tools, enhance digital skills, and strengthen competitiveness for MSMEs across the Philippines.
