MANILA – The Land Transportation Office has issued three Show Cause Orders (SCO) following reports of dangerous driving involving two Toyota Fortuners and a Land Rover.

Initial investigations showed that the vehicles were observed weaving through traffic, changing lanes recklessly, and blocking other motorists, posing a public safety hazard. The cases filed against the drivers cite violations of Reckless Driving and Improper Person to Operate a Motor Vehicle.

The SCO directs the vehicle owners and drivers to appear before the Intelligence and Investigation Division and submit their explanations. Their driver’s licenses have also been temporarily suspended for 90 days, and the vehicles have been placed under alarm status.

The LTO warned that failure to comply will be considered a waiver of their right to be heard, and the investigation will proceed in accordance with agency procedures.
