MANILA — The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has launched a three-day Special Register Anywhere/Anytime Program (SRAP) at its main office in Intramuros starting April 7, allowing individuals to sign up for the upcoming Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections.

The poll body said registration booths are set up at the Chairman’s Hall of the Palacio del Gobernador, where applicants can process their voter registration.

Additional registration dates are scheduled on April 22 and April 24, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

“If you are not registered yet, this is your chance. Also, invite your fellow residents in your barangays to vote in the coming #BSKE2026,” Comelec said in a social media post.

Aside from new voter registration, the program also accepts applications for transfer of registration, correction of entries, change of status, and reactivation of voter records.

Comelec reminded applicants to present a valid government-issued ID, noting that documents such as cedula, barangay ID or certificate, company ID, and police clearance will not be accepted.
