MANILA — P-pop group SB19 has achieved a new milestone as its collaboration track “Toyfriend” with Japanese group Be:First debuted at No. 4 on this week’s Genius Japan Overall Song Chart.

The entry marks SB19’s first appearance on the Japan-based chart, according to the organization’s announcement on X. Genius describes itself as “the world’s biggest collection of song lyrics and musical knowledge.”

The group also recently entered the Billboard World Digital Song Sales Chart, with their track “Wakas” debuting at No. 9.

Both “Toyfriend” and “Wakas” are part of SB19’s latest album, Wakas at Simula, which was released in March.

Earlier this month, the group performed at the Dance Universe Never Killed (DUNK) Showcase in Japan alongside fellow Filipino acts Cup of Joe and BGYO.

SB19 is set to stage its “Wakas at Simula: The Trilogy Finale” concert on April 18 at the SMDC Festival Grounds.

The group is also scheduled to perform at Lollapalooza 2026 in Chicago from July 30 to August 2, as well as at Summer Sonic on August 15.
