MANILA — Actors Klea Pineda and Janella Salvador were spotted enjoying a getaway in Coron, Palawan, sharing moments from their tropical trip on social media.

On Instagram, Salvador posted a carousel of photos and videos showing their island activities, including a beachfront boodle fight spread, a motorcycle ride around scenic areas, underwater diving footage, and a photo of her holding a large bouquet of flowers.

“This summer is summering,” Janella captioned the post that showed their boodle fight-style spread by the beach, a scenic motorcycle ride, underwater clips from their diving adventure, and a snap of Janella holding a large bouquet of flowers.

In one of the videos, Pineda was seen spending time with Salvador’s son, Jude, as they rode a crystal kayak over clear waters.

The two have been spending time together since working on the 2025 queer film Open Endings, which won Best Ensemble Performance at Cinemalaya last year. The film also starred Jasmine Curtis-Smith and Leanne Mamonong.

Since the film’s release, Pineda and Salvador have been linked romantically. In February, they traveled to Japan together, with Pineda also joining Salvador and her son for a celebration of her mother’s birthday out of town.

In December last year, they also went on a trip to the United States. A month prior, Pineda brought Salvador and Jude on a plane ride.

Pineda came out as lesbian in 2023.
