MANILA — Low-cost carrier Cebu Pacific announced on Monday that its subsidiary Cebgo will operate all AirSWIFT flights beginning July 1, 2026.
AirSWIFT currently operates routes between Clark and El Nido, as well as flights connecting El Nido with Boracay, Bohol, Cebu, and Coron.
The airline said there will be no changes in flight schedules and services despite the operational transition. However, all flights previously coded under the T6 (AirSWIFT) designation will now carry the DG (Cebgo) flight code.
In 2024, Cebu Pacific signed a share purchase agreement with ALI Capital Corp. to acquire a 100 percent stake in boutique carrier AirSWIFT.
The PHP1.75-billion acquisition is part of Cebu Pacific’s broader strategy to strengthen connectivity to key domestic tourist destinations.
