MANILA — Businessman Sam Verzosa confirmed that he and actress Rhian Ramos are no longer communicating following their breakup.

In a media report, it said that in an interview on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” hosted by Boy Abunda, Verzosa said he has not had any contact with the “Encantadia” star but emphasized that he still looks back positively on their past relationship.

“The breakup is very personal and I’m kinda hesitant to do this interview because it’s been months na. And I think this will be the last time to talk about it publicly because it’s very personal and I always choose respect and protect what we had, what we had is real, totoong minahal ko si Rhian,” he said.

“I think and I felt those were the happiest days of my life and that’s why I’m so grateful at naging part ako ng buhay niya and ako rin sa kanya.

“I have no anger, I just wish her peace, all the happiness and genuine success at gusto ko lang maalala ay beautiful memories naming dalawa.”

Verzosa also said that before their breakup, marriage had been discussed between them, but clarified that it was not the cause of their separation.

“Wala po, Tito Boy, but there were talks, we talked about it. We were not in that relationship kung ayaw naming papunta sa next level at ayaw naman naming mag-sayang ng oras at that time and we thought that we really meant for each other,” he said.

He also denied rumors linking him to actresses Kyline Alcantara and Faith da Silva, saying they are only friends he meets at events and that public interactions have fueled speculation about romantic ties.
