MANILA— The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) will offer 132 residential lots in San Mateo, Rizal, through electronic public bidding on November 25 to 26, with minimum bid prices ranging from ₱330,200 to ₱951,660.

The properties are located at Terraza del Sol Subdivision in Barangay Silangan, San Mateo.

Bids will be accepted through the PDIC Assets for Sale website at https://assetsforsale.pdic.gov.ph starting at 9 a.m. on November 25 until 1 p.m. on November 26. Bid opening is scheduled for 2 p.m. on November 26.

The PDIC said the lots offer prospective buyers opportunities to build homes or invest in residential properties in San Mateo, a municipality east of Metro Manila accessible through the Batasan-San Mateo Road.

The public bidding is open to all qualified buyers who register through the agency’s e-bidding portal. Interested participants are encouraged to complete the one-time registration at https://assetsforsale.pdic.gov.ph/Account/Register to join the upcoming auction and future asset disposal activities.

The portal also provides the complete property catalogue, detailed property information, bidding guidelines and documentary requirements. Those bidding on behalf of another individual or an organization may download the prescribed Special Power of Attorney and Secretary’s Certificate forms from the website.

The properties will be sold on an “as-is-where-is” basis. The PDIC advised prospective bidders to conduct due diligence on the properties’ condition, status and ownership before submitting their bids.

Participants are also reminded to review the Conditions of Bid posted on the portal to ensure compliance with the established procedures.

Proceeds from the sale of PDIC-owned corporate assets will be added to the Deposit Insurance Fund, which finances valid deposit insurance claims.

For inquiries, interested buyers in Metro Manila may contact the PDIC Public Assistance Department at (02) 8841-4141 during office hours.

Those outside Metro Manila may call the toll-free hotline at 1-800-1-888-PDIC or 1800-1-888-7342. Inquiries may also be sent to pad@pdic.gov.ph or through private messages to the PDIC Assets for Sale Facebook page (@PDICAssetsforSale) or its official Facebook page (@OfficialPDIC).
