
LUBAO, Pampanga — Authorities shut down a makeshift drug den in Barangay San Antonio, Lubao on Sunday afternoon, following an operation led by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region 3 (PDEA-3) Pampanga Provincial Office.
Three suspects, identified only by their aliases — Dante, 41; Ton-Ton, 31; and Jepoy, 38 — were arrested during the operation conducted at around 2:56 p.m.
The suspects yielded four sachets of suspected shabu weighing approximately 15 grams, with an estimated street value of P102,000, along with assorted drug paraphernalia and the marked money used in the operation.
According to PDEA, the suspects had been under surveillance since May 2025.
The Pampanga Provincial Police Office’s Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU) also took part in the operation.
Authorities said charges for violations of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 are being prepared against the suspects.
