MANILA – The Bureau of Immigration (BI) has reported the departure of Royina Marzan Garma for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Sunday evening.

According to the BI statement Monday, Garma left as a tourist via Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 at around 10:43 p.m.

She is the subject of an immigration lookout bulletin order (ILBO) issued on November 15, 2024, in connection with cases dated 2020 and 2016.

The bureau said it followed the procedure set under the ILBO and reported the matter to the Department of Justice (DOJ). Upon verification, authorities confirmed there was no hold departure order or warrant of arrest against her.
