MANILA — P-pop group BINI continues to gain international attention following its historic debut at the Coachella, with the group now included in Vogue’s list of “The Best Celebrity Coachella Outfits of 2026 So Far.”
The feature, compiled by Senior Fashion and Style Writer Christian Allaire for Vogue, highlighted standout looks from performers during the festival’s first weekend, including a mid-performance photo of BINI.
The group drew attention for its teal siren-inspired ensemble designed by Raf Villas and styled by Ica Villanueva, featuring weaving techniques, flowing tassels, and wave-like textures intended to reflect the ocean.
BINI performed in the outfits for its full 45-minute, 10-song set, although the group opened its performance of “Shagidi” wearing a separate golden warrior-inspired ensemble designed by Marian Zara and Job Dacon, also styled by Villanueva.
The group also incorporated salakot hats during its set, further highlighting Filipino cultural elements on the Mojave stage.
BINI performed songs including “Zero Pressure,” “Out of My Head,” “Karera,” “Salamin, Salamin,” “Blink Twice,” “Cherry on Top,” “Blush,” “Bikini,” and “Pantropiko.”
Following its Coachella appearance, the group is set to return for the festival’s second weekend. It is also scheduled to perform at the Grammy Museum for “Global Spin Live,” where it will promote its latest EP “Signals.”
BINI is also slated to attend the Billboard Women in Music as a Global Force honoree, alongside Canadian rock band The Beaches. The recognition follows the same award given to Sarah Geronimo in 2024.
