MANILA — The Tanduay First Five concert series is set to return after more than 10 years, with shows scheduled in Iloilo, Cebu, and Davao.

The lineup features Parokya ni Edgar, Kamikazee, Zack Tabudlo, Flow G, and December Avenue, who will form the “First Five” acts for the revived tour.

Parokya ni Edgar and Kamikazee were also part of the original 2013 run of the concert series, which included performances from Wolfgang, Rico Blanco, Sponge Cola, and special guest Gloc-9.

The last edition of the tour covered 19 locations nationwide, including Iloilo, Tarlac, Bataan, Palawan, Baguio, Cebu, Batangas, Davao, and General Santos. This year, the series will return to three of those stops.

Edzel Ty, digital brand manager of beverage brand Tanduay, said the return of the event reflects long-standing public demand.

“For years, people have been clamoring for us to bring back Tanduay First Five and we are happy to bring it back for everyone to enjoy,” Ty said. “This comeback is also our way of saying thank you for everyone’s support of Tanduay.”

He also described the concert series as a celebration of shared culture and music.

“Tanduay has been part of the Filipino story for generations, from marking milestones to sharing everyday moments with friends, and we are celebrating this connection with Tanduay First Five by bringing world-class talent that resonates with Filipinos,” he added.

The tour will kick off on May 15 at the Gaisano Capital Mall Open Grounds in Iloilo, followed by a May 29 show at SM Seaside City Cebu Concert Grounds, and will conclude on June 26 at the Davao Crocodile Park & Zoo.
