MANILA — Canadian rock band Simple Plan is set to return to the Philippines later this year as part of its “The Bigger Than You Think!” tour celebrating its 25th anniversary.

Show promoter Wilbros Live announced that the band will perform at the Araneta Coliseum on November 25, 2026.

Joining the group as a special guest is fellow Canadian artist LØLØ, who has toured with the band multiple times since 2021 during the joint “Pop Punk’s Still Not Dead” tour with New Found Glory.

The Manila stop will be the band’s third in its Southeast Asian leg, following performances in Malaysia and Singapore, before heading to Indonesia for two additional shows.

The band — composed of Pierre Bouvier, Chuck Comeau, Jeff Stinco, and Sébastien Lefebvre — last performed in the country in 2023 for their “The Harder Than It Looks” tour at the New Frontier Theater.

“It’s been three years since our last visit and we’re so grateful to have the opportunity tocome back to a place we love so much and that has supported us since day one,” the band said in a statement. “We’re celebrating our 25th anniversary as a band so these shows will be very special.”

The group said the upcoming shows will feature a mix of their biggest hits, fan favorites, and rarely performed tracks.

“It’s gonna be a blast and we hope to see you all at the shows!” Simple Plan teased to end.

Tickets will be sold through the TicketNet website, with an artist presale scheduled on May 4 and general ticket sales to follow, both starting at 11 a.m.

Simple Plan is known for songs such as Perfect, Jet Lag, I’m Just a Kid, Addicted, Welcome to My Life, and Young & Dumb featuring Avril Lavigne.
