MANILA — Drag performer Sofia Trazona recently underwent breast enhancement surgery, describing the experience as both emotional and affirming of her identity.

In a report, it said that for the transgender daughter of former SexBomb Girls member Izzy Trazona, the procedure marked the fulfillment of a long-held aspiration.

“Mentally, it is a representation of everything that I want me to be. When I see myself in the mirror, I see me and not someone that I used to be,” she said.

“I’ve always wanted to honor my womanhood,” she added.

The procedure, known as The Perky360° MIBA (Minimal Incision Breast Augmentation), was performed by cosmetic surgeon Carmina Eleora of Eleora Face & Body Aesthetics. The technique is described as a minimally invasive approach that focuses on safety, natural-looking results, and reduced scarring.

Trazona said she had long considered undergoing breast augmentation and spent time researching options, consulting doctors, and preparing for the procedure. She noted that the technique offered by Eleora differed from others she had encountered.

“It was new for me because most of the doctors I talked to opted for a bigger incision. But for Doc Carmina, the incision is much smaller,” she said.

Eleora said the goal of the procedure was aligned with Trazona’s preference for a natural look.

“I understand that Sofia’s aesthetic goal is to look more feminine, not to look overdone… Actually, her goal is very aligned with Perky360° because my goal is not just bigger size. My goal is not just to make the breasts fuller but to make them perky in all angles,” she said.

The surgeon added that each procedure is tailored to the patient’s body type, lifestyle, and preferences. Trazona also emphasized that the outcome should support her work as a drag performer.

“Every body is different and true aesthetic work should enhance what’s already there — not overpower it,” Eleora said.

Following the procedure, Trazona underwent post-operative care and monitoring. Weeks after the surgery, she said she has recovered and resumed her normal routine.

“Sobrang bilis ng healing. I am back to normal. Hindi na restricted sa mga ginagawa ko. I can even dance… Super duper satisfied ako sa gawa ni Doc Carmina. Doc Carmina is so kind. Whenever I talk to her, it feels like a mother-daughter relationship. I’m happy that I chose her,” she said.

Trazona said the experience marks a new chapter in her life.

“My message to the future me? ‘Hi, dear! How are you? Know that every step of the way, you’ve made it. You’ve conquered it all. Give props to yourself.”
