MANILA – TV host Robi Domingo has become a father after his wife Maiqui Pineda gave birth to their first baby.

In a media report, it said that Domingo announced the news on his Instagram account through a video introducing their newborn.

“Hi guys, welcome to the outside world,” Robi said in the video while pointing to their baby.

He captioned the post: “Our newest housemate.”

The announcement drew congratulatory messages from several celebrities, including Luis Manzano, Kim Chiu, Lea Salonga, Gary Valenciano, Bianca Gonzalez, and Alexa Ilacad, among others.

“Congrats Domingos,” Manzano commented.

“Waaaaaaah! Congratulations, you guys!!!” Salonga wrote.

The couple first announced that they were expecting in January, two years after their wedding.
